  They built for us a beautiful Trex Transcend deck 30x14 ft that was 12 ft above ground. All the workers are extremely professional, polite, and very skilled. Both Owner and the Coordinator kept us updated throughout the project. Even our town building inspector was impressed with their work. I highly recommend them.

  Steel Penn completed a kitchen cabinet removal and install for us. I cant say enough positive things about our experience with them. Fred, the contractor and owner, was friendly, on-time, and very competitive with pricing. Amber, who works the scheduling and will be your liaison with the job logistics was fantastic. Their communications were superb. We always knew when things were happening and they were on-time, which we couldn't appreciate more because of previous experiences were less than desirable. The workers who completed our project we courteous, on-time, neat, and answered any questions we had about the job on hand.
  
  Without any doubt we would recommend Steel Penn and look forward to working with them in the future.
